How to service the rocker arm adjuster assembly on 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 Van?

The rocker arm adjuster assembly needs to be serviced by first removing the cylinder head cover and gasket then the rocker arm bolts and pivots, then the push rods in that order. Fit the crankshaft to the V8 mark and re-install crankshaft components in sequence and tighten bolts to 28 Nm. Give hydraulic tappets a 5 minutes period before replacement of the cover.
