To service the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley, remove the negative cable from the battery, remove the serpentine belt and fan shroud, and remove the vibration damper using Tool 7697. Apply sealant to the crankshaft keyway, fit the damper, and fit back on, tightening the bolt to 108 N-m.
