How to Service an Oil Pan on 2003 Chrysler 300M?

To service the oil pan, disconnect the negative cable, remove the dipstick and drain the oil. Remove the structural collar, disconnect oil cooler lines and remove the oil pan. Clean surfaces, apply RTV, install gasket and pan, bolt torque, and re-fill oil then re-connect cable.
