How to Service a Window Motor on 2003 Chrysler 300M?

In order to service power window motor, roll up the window, unscrew the negative battery cable, and take out the door trim panel and the window regulator. Unplug the motor wire, take off the motor and fit in the new motor. Install the regulator again, test the motor and reconnect the battery cable.
