To make it easier to reuse cam follower assemblies, mark the places they originally assembled. Put Special Tools 8215A and 8436 to use by slowing depressing the valve assembly until the rocker arm can be removed. Go through each of the rocker arms, looking for possible damage or signs of wear and replace as you have to. For fitting the rocker arm, first rub it with clean engine oil, then use the same special equipment to slowly lower the valve assembly until the rocker arm can be attached to both the hydraulic lifter and the valve stem. Once your rocky arm is installed, repeat the same process for the other rockers and install the spark plugs and cylinder head cover afterward.
