How to Service and Repair a 2.4L Turbo Throttle Body on 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

In order to fix the throttle body of a 2.4L Turbo, one has to remove the negative battery cable, and electrical connections. Installation: remove throttle control shield, throttle cable and throttle bracket. Unscrew hoses and bolts to get the throttle body. Clean, change the gasket, and position parts making sure they are all connected.
