How to Service the Turn Signal Flasher on 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

In order to maintain the combination flasher, disconnect the battery negative cable and also eliminate the upper steering column shroud. To take out the flasher, draw it out of the multi-function switch. Install new flasher, install new shroud, reconnect battery, close hood and check operation.
