  A: Either disconnect or isolate the battery's negative cable as your first step when servicing the seat heater switch. Take out the center console by using the proper procedure. Second, unhook the cable harness from the heated seat switch receptacle on the system. Simply depress the retaining tabs and push the switch for the heated seat straight out of the center console. When putting in the switch, the driver's side should be OLED, with the passenger's on the opposite side. Connect the middle console's wire harness to the back of the heated seat switch and confirm the switch/system is working. Put the center console in place following instructions and attach the heated seat switch to the center console hole. Then, clamp the negative side of the battery back onto the car's body.
