How Can a Transmitter Be Programmed Using the DRB III Scan Tool or by the Customer on 2003 Chrysler Sebring?

The Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) Transmitter can be programmed using the DRB III scan tool or by the customer. For customer programming, at least one transmitter must be programmed first.
