How to Service and Repair a Tie Rod End on 2003 Chrysler Town & Country?

To repair the tie rod end loosen the jam nut, remove the outer tie rod end nut, remove the outer tie rod end nut with Special Tool C-3894-A. Install the outer tie rod, tighten the attaching nut to 75 Nm, adjust the jam nut and front toe setting without twisting the steering gear boot.
