How to Service and Repair a Rear Door Latch Assembly on 2003 Dodge Dakota?

In order to have access to the rear door latch, it is necessary to remove the waterdam and the trim panel to get access to the latch. Unscrew the latch, disconnect latch rods and harness and unscrew latch. To install, reconnect the harness, screw the latch at 10 Nm, reconnect the rods and re-position the waterdam, and the trim panel.
