  A: Before servicing or repairing the speed control servo, unplug the electrical connector as well as the vacuum hose. Then, remove each of the two nuts that hold the bracket to the servo. Once done, remove the cable bell housing from the servo mounting studs. Remark the clip pin that holds the cable to the servo and take it out. For installation, fit the retaining clip onto the servo cable, followed by screwing on the two nuts tightened to 7 Nm (60 in. lbs.) on both ends of the cable. After completing everything, slot the electrical connector and vacuum hose into the servo again.
