How to Service and Repair a Window Regulator for the Rear Door on 2003 Dodge Neon?

To fix the window regulator on the rear door, remove the door trim panel and glass, cut the tie strap and loosen screws and bolts. Disengage the regulator, slide it out and then install the new regulator by reversing the process, securing everything and reinstalling the door trim panel.
