How to Remove and Install a Rear Door Window Regulator on 2002 Dodge Neon?

In order to install the rear door window regulator, one must remove the door trim, the glass, and unscrew and unbolt the regulator. Move the regulator backwards through the access hole. Installation requires adjustment of the regulator, installation of bolts and re-setting of the glass and then re-installing the door trim panel.
