How to Reconnect the Fuse in the Integrated Power Module for Ignition-Off Draw on 2003 Dodge Ram 1500?

The Ignition-Off Draw (IOD) fuse in Integrated Power Module fuse cavity # 51 must be reconnected by dealers after vehicle shipment. To remove, turn the ignition off, remove the cover, pull the fuse holder up, then reinstall the cover. For installation, press the fuse holder back in and replace the cover.
