How to service the blower motor resistor on 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Van?

To service the blower motor resistor, remove the battery negative cable. For the front resistor, unplug the connector, remove screws and remove it. For rear, it is set to heat mode, disconnect the battery, remove the cover and go to the resistor. Reinstall the reverse way by reconnecting the battery back.
