How to service and repair the throttle cable and linkage on 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Van?

In order to fix the throttle cable, pull up the accelerator pedal and take out the cable retainer and core wire. Disconnect the cable housing of the dash panel and throttle body. Reconnect the cable being sure to route it correctly and connect. Check throttle then re-fit air cleaner and engine cover.
