How to service and repair the A/C Expansion Valve on 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 Van?

To service expansion valve, disconnect battery, remove refrigerant and remove fittings. For the front valve, remove the suction line jumper and the valve. For the rear valve, get to the heater-A/C unit, remove lines, and remove the valve. Reinstall both valves and reconnect the battery and recharge the system.
