How to replace the A/C evaporator on 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 Van?

To replace the A/C evaporator, remove the heater - A/C housing, top cover, and the expansion valve. Remove the probe of the cycling clutch switch and remove the evaporator coil from the unit. Install the new coil, reinstall the valve and probe, and replace the cover. Add 60 milliliters of the suggested refrigerant oil, if necessary.
