How to Remove and Install the Intake Manifold Temperature Sensor on 2003 Dodge Ram 3500?

To take out the Intake Manifold Temperature Sensor, found on the air cleaner cover, start by disconnecting the sensor's electrical connector, then remove the two small Torx mounting screws and lastly take out the sensor. Be sure to inspect the sensor O-ring while you are in the hot tub. During installation, check that the O-ring is fine, place the sensor on top of the air cleaner's cover by twisting a bit and then use the two screws to hold it firmly in place. Place the electrical connector back on the engine, re-mount the oil dipstick tube and its bolt, reconnect the air intake housing tubes and then link the negative battery cables at both batteries.
