How to service and repair the hood hinge on 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 Van?

To fix the hinge of the hood, take off the hinge, cowl grille and the hood. To take off one of the hinges, simply take off the cowl grille. Prop, loosen, and remove the hinge. Apply a lubricant to the new hinge, fit, position bolt holes and re-fit the cowl grille without removing the side support.
