How to Service an Ignition Coil on 2003 Dodge Stratus?

Before servicing the ignition coil, disconnect the negative battery cable. After that, pull away the electrical connector from the coil pack and unscrew the spark plug cables to remove them. Once that's done, take out the mounting bolts and then remove the coil pack. To install, mount the complete coil pack on top of the engine's valve cover and tighten the bolts to 11.8 Nm (105 in. lbs.). Carefully connect the electrical connector and move the spark plug cables to the new coil pack, so that the ignition cables snap onto the towers marked with the correct cylinder numbers.
