How to Service the Cigarette Lighter Power Outlet on 2003 Jeep Wrangler?

In order to service the cigarette lighter, unhook the battery negative cable. Take out the element and knob and then utilize snap ring pliers to take out the receptacle base. Unplug the wire harness, dismount the mount and during installation, reconnect the harness, mount the mount and reattach the knob or cap and then reconnect the battery.
