How to Maintain and Fix a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2003 Jeep Wrangler?

To service the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley, remove the accessory drive belts and crankshaft damper bolt. Use Special Tool 3-Jaw Puller 1026 to remove the damper. Install it with an M12 bolt, washer, thrust bearing, and nut, then tighten the damper bolt to 142 Nm and reinstall the belts.
