How to Service the Rear Brake Disc on 2004 Chrysler 300M?

In order to service the rear brake disc, take the caliper and clips off, and remove the disc. Install the new disc, re-install the caliper and shoes, adjust the parking brake, pump the brake pedal to be firm and check the level of the brake fluid as required.
