How to Service and Repair a Throttle Position Sensor on 2004 Chrysler 300M?

In order to fix the Throttle Position Sensor, unplug the negative battery cable and air plenum. Take off the TPS, so that there is a good fitting with the throttle shaft. Tighten screws to 6.2 N.m (55 in.lbs.) and make sure the throttle plate is shut, reconnect an electrical connector, reinstate the air plenum, and reconnect the battery.
