How to Remove and Install a Wheel Cover on 2004 Chrysler Concorde?

To remove the wheel cover, mark the position of the valve stem and remove the three mounting nuts. Never pry, but pull the cover straight outward. For installation, square the notch of the valve and retaining tabs, press the cover and tighten all five nuts to 135 Nm (100 ft. lbs.).
