How to Service and Repair an A/C Expansion Valve on 2004 Chrysler Crossfire?

To service the expansion valve, remove all refrigerant, remove the pressure lines and screws and remove the valve. Reinstall Valve Tighten screws evenly and tighten bolts to 8Nm Replace O-rings, reattach pressure lines, tighten the nut to 10 Nm, charge the system and check for leaks.
