How to Maintain an Evaporator on 2004 Chrysler Crossfire?

In order to service the evaporator core one should disable the air bag system by removing the battery negative cable. Undo the HVAC housing and heater core and undo the valve strip and the vacuum lines. Take off and off the evaporator, and then reassemble in the reverse order with everything firmly fitted.
