How to Service and Repair a Fuel Level Sensor on 2004 Chrysler Crossfire?

To service the fuel level sensor, remove the negative battery cable and empty the fuel tank. Remove interior trim panels, fuel tank partition. Disconnect the sensor harness, remove and reinstall the sensor using Special Tool 9240, reconnect the sensor harness, reassemble and restore the fuel level.
