How to Maintain a Shock Absorber on 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

In order to service the shock absorber, elevate the vehicle and remove the tire. This is done by placing a jack under the axle and removing mounting bolts of the shock absorber. Install back the new shock absorber tightening the bolts to the required torque. Lastly, install tire back and lower the car.
