How to Maintain a Rear Door Window Regulator on 2004 Dodge Durango?

The first step in servicing the door window regulator is taking out the watershield. Put in the window switch for now and place the glass where you can get to the regulator nuts. Take out the nuts and then secure the glass all the way up by inserting a wood wedge or its equivalent. Go on to remove the bolts and start loosening the rest of the regulator bolts, then carefully separate the regulator from the door panel and take off the electrical connector. When you are installing the regulator, place it in the door and then link the electrical connector. Attach the regulator bolts into the keyhole slots and insert them, after that, install and tighten the remaining bolts to 9 Nm by using a torque wrench. Set the glass onto the door regulator, place the nuts and tighten them to 9 Nm before putting back the watershield.
