How to Maintain a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2004 Dodge Neon?

In order to service the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley, raise the vehicle, remove the splash shield and accessory drive belts, and remove the damper. Apply thread lock and lubricate the bolt, place the damper and tighten. Lastly, replace the belts, fit the splash shield, and lower the vehicle.
