How to Maintain a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2003 Dodge Neon?

To service the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley, raise the vehicle, remove right inner splash shield and accessory drive belts. Remove the crankshaft vibration damper bolt by using Special Tool 1026. Fit damper with M12 bolt and tighten to 136 Nm. Reinstall belts, splash shield, and lower the car.
