How to Maintain a Wiper Motor on 2004 Dodge Neon?

To perform maintenance on the wiper motor, take out the wiper module and take off the linkage with the motor crank. Then unscrew the mounting screws of the motor, screw the new motor and screws and tighten them with 5-6 Nm. Reconnect the wiper, make sure the motor is in park and connect the wiper back.
