How to Maintain and Fix a Wiper Arm on 2004 Dodge Neon?

To repair the wiper arm, put into the PARK position and turn off the ignition. Remove the arm cap and retaining nut, and then remove the arm. Clean pivot shafts, make sure that wiper module is in PARK position, reinstall arm. Torque the nut to 19.7 - 21.5Nm and check for workability.
