  A: To take out the wiper blade, pull the wiper arm up so the blade and element clear the glass until the arm is pointing almost straight down. Tilt down the pivot block latch release tab which is under the arm tip and glide the blade towards the pivot end of the arm until the pivot block comes out of the arm hook. Extract the threaded part near the hook end by inserting a tool into the opening of the wiper blade superstructure just in front of the pivot unit. Be sure to keep the blade on the wiper arm until the spring disengages and pulls from the glass to protect the glass. Lift the end of the wiper arm just slightly and lower it onto the window glass. For installing, raise the wiper arm away from the windshield so that the end is held up against the hinge. Place the wiper end of the blade where the hook on the arm's tip points, so the notched end is in the direction of the pivot. Slide the hook part of the wiper blade into the wiper blade shape ahead of the latch or pivot block and wait for it to engage the hook. Pull up the pivot block/latch into the hook formation, so the latch release tab locks in place and provides a click sound when it is locked. Gently push the wiper blade down onto the window glass.
