How to Service the Sway Bar Link on 2004 Dodge Ram 3500?

Raise and secure the vehicle to service the sway bar link on a 4X2 vehicle. Following this, take out the lower nut, the upper nut, the retainer ring and the grommets and you will be able to remove the sway bar link. When you're installing, place the sway bar link on the vehicle and fix it with the lower nut, using 102 Nm (75 ft. lbs.) of torque. After that, put in the retainers, grommets and upper nut, tightening the screw to 38 Nm (27 ft. lbs.). Afterward, take the support away and slowly lower the vehicle.
