How to Service and Repair a Rear Door Hinge Without Removing the Door on 2004 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

In order to fix the rear door hinge, you will be able to change the hinges one by one without the door taking off. Mark the hinge position, remove bolts and remove the hinge. Install the new hinge and fix it using bolts which are tightened up to 25 N.m (18 ft.lbs.) and tighten the door accordingly.
