Make sure the old accessory drive belt is removed, then tighten the bolts to 14 Nm (124 inch lbs.) for M8 bolt and to 20 Nm (177 inch lbs.) for M6 bolts when securing the water pump to the timing cover. The washer should be behind the guide pulley, so install the guide pulleys after that and tighten their bolts to 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.). Attach the coolant hoses back to the water pump, secure them with clamps and then attach the fuel lines to the brackets.
