How to Service an HVAC Pressure Switch on 2004 Dodge Stratus?

The opened connector connects the refrigerant pressure sensor / switch to the HVAC pressure switch. To remove the switch, unthread it with a 14 mm open-end wrench, as a slight pressure release during removal is fine. Whenever the vehicle's pressure switch needs to be serviced, be sure to fix it only with the right type of O-ring for the system. Then, join the pressure switch to the discharge line and tighten it until it reaches 6 Nm (50 in. lbs.), before putting on the wire connector.
