  A: Before you begin with servicing and repairing the throttle body, unhook the negative battery cable. To take off the engine cover, grab it by both ends and raise it up firmly. After that, unscrew the throttle body inlet tube and remove the connector on the throttle body harness (3) and also the PCV hose (1). Remove both the bolts holding the throttle body, along with the PCV hose bracket and then remove the throttle body (5) and its gasket from the engine. To install the component, first link the PCV hose (1) to the throttle body (5). After that, install the throttle body (5) and gasket back onto the engine. Install the bracket for the PCV hose and the bolts that hold the throttle body in place and tighten them using 20 N.m (15 ft. lbs.) of torque. Reattach the harness connector from the throttle body (3) and the inlet tube on the throttle body.
