  A: The first step to fixing the regulator is to take out the glass from the front door and clear away any rivet pieces and metal debris. Remove the two rivets and use a socket on the inner door panel to rotate the bolt (7) holding the upper regulator, only until you can move the lift mechanism out of the bracket. Then, take out the nut on the upper window regulator (1) and the pair of nuts directly behind the rubber plugs on the bottom of the door frame (4). After removing the power window motor cable, lift the window regulator, turn it and extract it from the opening in the door on the assembly side. For this construction phase, first, fit the window regulator (5) through the special insert, next, attach the power window motor to the assembly with three rivets (2) and then connect the power window motor (6). Set the lower door nuts (4) into openings in the door bottom (3), then replace the rubber plugs and end with screwing the upper window regulator nut (1) between the outer and inner door coverings. After that, fit the front door glass by re-installing it.
