You should isolate the battery negative cable before trying to remove the instrument panel speaker. Then, pull off the speaker grill from the instrument panel and take out all the mounting screws. Take off the connecting harness and remove the speaker. Match the ends of the wires and feed the connector back through the hole. After that, snap the speaker to the top of the instrument panel. Place the fasteners into the mounting holes and turn them until the fasteners are secure to 3 N.m (28 in. lbs.). When done, reattach the grill of the speaker and link the battery negative cord again.
