In order to program the secret key into the new Pcm, one has to leave the ignition on, with the transmission in park or neutral. Click on the scan tool, pick Theft Alarm, then Skim, pick Pcm Replaced (Gas Engine). Change Pcm Vin by entering the four digit Pin and responding to odometer prompts.
