How to Replace and Service a Wiper Motor on 2005 Chrysler Sebring?

In order to change the wiper motor, disconnect the battery, disassemble the motor unit and disconnect the linkage crank. Install the new motor, connect and cycle to the park position. Rearrange the crank, and fix it in, and replace the assembly. Lastly, re-plug the battery and test its functioning.
