How to Service and Repair a Hood Latch on 2005 Dodge Durango?

In order to service the hood latch, the upper radiator shroud and push pin fasteners are to be removed. Record the position of the latch, and then unattach the latch by removing three bolts and parting the release cable. Re-wiring the cable, attaching the latch, bolting it and making appropriate adjustments.
