How to Service and Repair a Blower Motor on 2005 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

Before you service the blower motor, disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the air cleaner cover and put the insulation blanket clear of the assembly. Then, remove the wire harness connector from the blower motor, take out the three retaining screws and take the assembly out of the ventilation housing. Connect the blower motor assembly to the ventilation housing and make sure it stays in place with the three screws, tightened to 17 in. lbs. Plug the wire harness connector onto the blower motor, restore the ventilation housing insulation blanket, close the engine air cleaner cover and attach the negative battery cable at last.
