How to Service and Repair an Engine Mount on the Right Side on 2005 Dodge Stratus?

Before you service the correct engine mount, take off the coolant recovery container and the heater tube front screw. Lift the car on a hoist and take away the inner splash shield and next detach the heater tube's rear screw. After that, tear off the right engine support assembly vertical fasteners from the frame rail. Reduce the car's height with a floor jack and put a wooden block beneath the oil pan to unload the surging pressure from the engine mounts. Take off the bolts on the engine support assembly that hold it to the engine bracket and remove the right engine mount as well. Load the right engine mount first and then conveniently mount the frame to bolts, tightening them until they reach 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.). Put the mount on top of the engine and lock it with the bolts going into the engine bracket, making sure they reach 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.). Place your vehicle on a hoist, bolt the heater tube rear attaching screw, put back the inner splash shield and bring back the vehicle from the hoist. After that, fasten the heater tube front screw and the coolant recovery container.
