How to Remove and Install a Rear Door Window Regulator on 2005 Dodge Stratus?

To take out the water back door window regulator, remove the waterdam, remove the glass and attach it. Disconnect motor wire, loosen screws and bolts and remove the regulator. For installation, do the process in reverse, making sure to secure all connections and fasteners before installing the waterdam back.
